O hipismo é a arte de montar a cavalo. Eu faço provas de salto, mas tambem pode ser feito o Adestramento, Corridas, Polo etc. Em nível olímpico, esta prática é representada pelas modalidades de corrida, salto e Adestramento. Apesar de existir desde a antiguidade suas regras e competições modernas surgiram no ano de 1883, nos EUA.
Bom, nao vou ficar falando demais, aqui tem alguns videos meus montando. Ainda estou na categoria Principal, mais jaja pretendo ir para a categoria de salto (olhem o site da Federação Paulista de Hipismo aqui)

The riding is the art of horse riding. I do jumping events, but can also be done Dressage, Racing, Polo etc. At Olympic level, this practice is represented by the modalities of running, jumping and dressage.
